It’s location is very well accessible, yet it is away from the main road hidden away behind other buildings. This gives the villa a great advantage of privacy, both for the owner and for guests. Another big bonus is ample parking – three spaces in the garage, four spaces under the shelter at the entrance to the house and another twelve spaces on the paved areas around the house.

The area of the upper level (2^nd floor) is 344 m².
